I used clean, high-contrast text so guides and schedules stay easy to read on any screen—even in bright outdoor sunlight. The hardest part was managing images.
I focused on turning dense botanical data into a clean, camera-first experience. To solve the challenge of user photos with poor lighting or awkward angles, I engineered minimalist, adaptive framing containers that automatically keep real-time plant scans central and focused.
UI/UX & Impact
I built a low-density interface focused entirely on plant health. Stripping away visual clutter turned complex care routines into effortless camera scans, guiding user focus straight to vital nutrition metrics.
Color, Typo & Focus
Botanical greens set against a crisp white canvas drive an intentional visual hierarchy. Sharp, high-contrast typography ensures effortless readability under any lighting, keeping the live plant scan as the hero.
Visual & Data Friction
The main challenge was presenting dense botanical data without crowding the layout. User-uploaded plant photos added unpredictable lighting, messy backgrounds, and framing inconsistency to the interface.
Adaptive Solution
I engineered minimalist adaptive containers that dynamically isolate and frame plant photos. Modular cards and stark typographic contrast simplified care steps into a sleek, hyper-focused utility.
