Ultimately, this essentialist framework gave Meto a premium digital presence that drives patient trust, streamlines the user journey, and elevates their entire platform strategy.
My primary involvement centered on architecting the core patient onboarding funnel and the intricate laboratory diagnostic dashboards, ensuring that overwhelming data points like metabolic panels and endocrine metrics became instantly intuitive. The greatest challenge I faced was balancing strict medical compliance with a frictionless user flow—specifically designing an assessment ecosystem that gathered deeply personal health histories without causing cognitive overload or form fatigue

Heavy medical data and inconsistent visual hierarchy created clinical anxiety and clutter across the interface. Balancing complex metabolic metrics without overcrowding the screen posed a major UX challenge.

I introduced a neat, high-contrast palette of deep blues and crisp whites to establish immediate visual calm. I engineered a progressive-disclosure user flow that transformed friction-heavy intake into a smooth, effortless journey.
